Terms of Service

Lockify is operated by Matyáš Müller (Company ID: 14333066), Czech Republic.

By creating an account or using Lockify ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use Lockify.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, creators and community members.

Lockify is an online training platform for Deadlock.

The Service includes:

• on-demand training servers;
• Creator Studio;
• public and private workspaces;
• community-created content;
• subscription features.

Some features require an active subscription.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account secure;
• all activity performed using your account;
• keeping your authentication credentials confidential.

You may not share, sell or transfer your account.

Certain features require an active Lockify Pro+ subscription.

Subscriptions are available on:

• monthly billing;
• yearly billing.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

If your subscription expires:

• your account remains accessible;
• your public and private workspaces remain available;
• you may change workspace visibility or delete them;
• you cannot create training sessions;
• you cannot edit workspaces in-game or use subscriber-only features.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.

Lockify never stores your payment card details.

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final.

Lockify does not provide refunds for:

• unused subscription time;
• partial billing periods;
• accidental purchases;
• cancellation after renewal.

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs;
• reverse engineer the Service;
• perform denial-of-service attacks;
• share accounts;
• violate applicable laws;
• upload unlawful or abusive content;
• interfere with the operation of Lockify.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

Lockify provides tools that allow users to create, edit and publish community content ("Workspaces").

A Workspace may be:

• Public, meaning it can be discovered and used by other users; or
• Private, meaning it is only accessible to the creator and users explicitly granted access.

Lockify may introduce additional workspace visibility options in the future.

You retain all ownership rights to the Workspaces you create.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your Workspaces to Lockify.

You may delete your Workspaces at any time, subject to technical limitations or legal obligations.

Public Workspaces

When you publish a Workspace publicly, you grant Lockify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• host and distribute the Workspace;
• display it within the Service;
• allow other users to access and play it;
• create screenshots, videos and promotional materials featuring the Workspace;
• advertise and promote Lockify using the Workspace;
• make technical modifications necessary to operate the Service.

This license remains in effect until the Workspace is removed from the Service, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations or abuse prevention.

Private Workspaces

Private Workspaces remain private.

Lockify will not use Private Workspaces for marketing, promotion or public distribution unless you explicitly make them public or otherwise grant permission.

Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish.

You represent that:

• you own or have permission to publish the content;
• publishing the content does not infringe third-party rights;
• the content complies with applicable laws.

Lockify does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality or safety of community-created content.

You may not publish content that:

• infringes intellectual property rights;
• contains illegal material;
• promotes cheating, malicious software or criminal activity;
• contains abusive, hateful or excessively toxic material;
• attempts to exploit vulnerabilities within Lockify or Deadlock;
• otherwise violates applicable laws.

Lockify may remove such content without prior notice.

The Lockify platform, website, branding, software, graphics, user interface, source code and other proprietary materials are owned by Lockify or its licensors.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• copy or redistribute the Service;
• reverse engineer the software;
• create derivative works from the Service;
• remove copyright or trademark notices;
• use Lockify branding without prior written permission.

These restrictions do not affect your ownership of your own Workspaces.

Lockify may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.

If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, we may:

• remove Workspaces;
• restrict certain features;
• suspend your account;
• permanently terminate your account;
• report unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required.

Lockify is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Lockify is provided on an "as available" basis.

While we strive to maintain reliable availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to, including but not limited to:

• maintenance;
• infrastructure failures;
• hosting provider outages;
• software bugs;
• security incidents;
• updates to Deadlock that temporarily prevent training servers from functioning.

During such periods users may be unable to create or join training sessions.

These interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation except where required by applicable law.

Lockify is continuously evolving.

We may at any time:

• add features;
• remove features;
• modify functionality;
• change subscription pricing;
• discontinue certain services;
• discontinue the Service entirely.

Where reasonably possible, significant changes affecting subscribers will be communicated in advance.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lockify disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• uninterrupted availability;
• accuracy of community-created content.

Lockify does not guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available;
• all bugs will be fixed immediately;
• training sessions will always function following game updates;
• community content will remain permanently available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lockify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation:

• loss of data;
• loss of profits;
• loss of gameplay progress;
• business interruption;
• inability to access training servers;
• downtime caused by third-party providers or game updates.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Lockify may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Reasons include, but are not limited to:

• exploiting vulnerabilities;
• reverse engineering;
• denial-of-service attacks;
• account sharing;
• publishing prohibited content;
• unlawful conduct;
• repeated violations of community rules.

Termination may occur immediately where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes materially affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users before they become effective.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lockify regarding the Service.
